01 — Acceptance
Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the website located at www.roofsourceinc.com (the "Site") or by engaging RoofSource Inc. for any roofing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site and do not engage our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and RoofSource Inc. ("RoofSource," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida-based roofing contractor.
02 — Services
Our Services
RoofSource Inc. provides residential and commercial roofing and exterior services including, but not limited to, roof installation, replacement, repair, inspection, and maintenance throughout our licensed service areas in Florida.
Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property at the agreed-upon service time. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees or forfeiture of a deposit.
Permits & Code Compliance
RoofSource Inc. will obtain all required local building permits as part of any applicable project. Work is performed in accordance with Florida Building Code and applicable local ordinances. Permit fees may be passed through to the Client unless otherwise specified in a written estimate.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
04 — Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoofSource Inc.'s total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ROOFSOURCE INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
RoofSource Inc. carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance as required by Florida law. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
05 — Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of RoofSource Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You grant RoofSource Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs of completed work on your property for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes through direct negotiation or mediation.
